Check-in at Moro is guaranteed from 2:00 p.m.; for check-out, we ask that you turn in your keys by 10:00 a.m. to allow us to arrange your room for your next arrival.
Parking is available on site but subject to reservation.
As a reminder, our rooms can be used for the number of people stated at the time of reservation, including children. For hygienic and legal reasons, it is not possible to increase the number of occupants declared, otherwise the room cannot be rented. Be sure to let us know all the details during the booking process so that we can ensure the best possible experience for you.
Pets are not allowed.
You can cancel your reservation at Il Moro Rooms & Relax free of charge within 30 days of arrival (but we hope you won’t want to). Should you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will retain the 30% deposit previously paid.
Cancellation 29 up to 15 days prior to arrival: 30% penalty on the total amount booked. Cancellation from 14 up to 8 days prior to ‘arrival: 50% penalty on the total booked.
Cancellation from 7 days prior to arrival and for NO SHOW: Penalty of 100% of the total booked.
Stays of less than 3 nights will be charged the amount of one night.
